Lavender Pink Lemonade

What's better than homemade lemonade on a hot day? Lavender pink lemonade!

To make:

Juice of one large lemon 2 cups water Ice 2 tablespoons lavender simple syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, soak lavender buds in the mixture for 10 min) * to get the pink color I took blueberries and peeled them and stirred the skin around the drink. Stir with a spoon, you will start to see the color come out of the skin. I did this for the 10 minutes it took for the simple syrup to cool and blend with the lavender.

For decoration I used lavender stems and a lemon slice. Serves 1
