Kale Smoothie
I would like to start off by saying, although this is a kale smoothie, you do not taste the kale.
I know...... crazy.
This Kale smoothie immediately wakes up and energizes your mind and sends a boost of hydration to your body. This is the tastiest smoothie that I have ever made. The mango adds more of a soft flavor which tones down the taste of kale completely so it is like you aren't drinking a kale smoothie.

Ingredients:
5 big Kale leaves 1 1/2 cups of chopped frozen mango or pineapple Half of a large seedless cucumber unpeeled 1/2 Cup almond milk 1/3 Cup water 1 tablespoon lemon juice add to taste: honey, coconut sugar or any clean raw sugar. BLEND IT UP! Top it off with chia seeds and turmeric (and maybe a lemon slice)
