Veggie Flats!

Crispy local Italian bread toasted in the oven, farm fresh vegetables baked and sautéed , a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze and you have yourself a flavorful veggie flat. I used zucchini and squash that I baked in the oven On the stove top I sautéed onions and arugula Then I tossed all the wonderful veggies on my bread and added my finishing touches of oil.
